rainy day

I got some things completed today since it was rainy and I ha to wait on the window guy. I completed so sewing an took a look at some proof of the photoshoot I did on Saturday got my line sheet completed got my logo down to three instead of 20. I will develop all three and get them trade mark. I got to take a long look at my business and saw how hard and how long I would have to work in order to have a successful business. I ready I already have a lot of sleepless night and I sew like I am crazy so what's new O yea I will have to do in order to keep my customer happy.

Long weekendThe

weekend is so long I feel that I have not had enough time to get the things I need to get one.

Today I was working on my marketing plan, target my market I know for my So Flawless Creations line the women or between the ages of 16 to 55 they love new style and want to dress for less that just o sum up which direction I am going, I must say it been months in the working and I don't know how anyone will open a business without a business because its you map to success.

A business plan is a document that summarizes the operational and financial objectives of a business and contains the detailed plans and budgets showing how the objectives are to be realized.

Because the business plan contains detailed financial projections, forecasts about your business's performance, and a marketing plan, it's an incredibly useful tool for business planning.

Starting a business

When you make the decision to start a new business you must realize that you will be giving up a lot. You will not be able to have all the you once did in the beginning.. because you get so busy making sure the all the legal and contact are in order, The most important thing you can do for you self and your business is put together a good business plan.

photoshoot

I up working on some designs for a photoshoot on Saturday and I have change the line up four time these week already. I have three models that will be shooting and I really love the photographer I am working with.

I have start working with jean fabric so next month I will be starting my Jean collection which will be up for sale on my web site. I was going to put my designs in store this month but after reading this book on fashion designers and starting your business I think it would be best if I start working on putting my garments in store at the end of February 2010

Come back

I have been away from my blog for a while working on other things when I should have included my blog. I working on new look and new style of deliver of my message.

I have made some major changes on my life. I lost some weight and I started back doing photo shoot working on developing a full fashion line and I have been spending more time working with others that have been were I am in the stage of business. I have been doing more of networking with other.

I read in this book when you are starting a fashion business you have little time for a life and that's so true every time I do something that has nothing to do with my business I feel like I am wasting time and mostly likely I am.

I thinks I will start discussing the making of so flawless creations LLC and full fashion line, with the hopes that I launch a successful clothing company with the world watch. I will be doing video's and picture's as I go.

Can't get it together

Had a long day today and I'm having a hard time getting back to business matter. I think I took to much time off and had to much fun

I have email my score counselor some paperwork that I have to retype and I have not started but now that I think about it I can be doing my work well I'm online. I have completed my line sheets for some garments and now I have to get my presentation on point for my meeting this week.

I don't know if anyone out there that need help with starting a business if so I would suggest that you start with your local score because they have been so nice and helpful to me and I am not looking forward to having to do without them. You can even have a counselor online and its all free.

start a prom an winter ball closet

Gwen's closet is named after m late mother who name is Gwendolyn. I am starting Gwen's Closet to give something back to my community. Gwen closet will provide dresses for young women who can not get a prom or winter ball dress. Gwen's closet will collect dresses that women have donated to our closet. Gwen's closet will donate the service of a local make-up artist for every dress that is donated.


As a parent I know how hard it is to get ready for the winter ball or prom I ha three daughter whom all went to winter balls and prom, so here we are at a new year and new time and we want to make some dreams come ture with the help of everyone in the world.

Happy New Years 2010

Its a new years an that means a new start. I have decided to help others more and to start business that collect growns and dresses for girl that don't have them to wear to their prom are winter ball, I am going to name closet Gwen's Closet after my mother whom loved to help people. I think she would be proud that something was named after her. However to bad I didn't it while she was still here but its never to late to start new things.


I have been away form my blog for some time but I am back and better than every. I decide that my blog is going to be more about making as a fashion designer and fashion event planner. I have spent a lot of time help and supporting other make there reams come true now its time for me to make mind come true.

For the past couple of months I have been working on my business plan and presentations to present to different stores and I have chosen 12 garments that I am turning into a collection that I will sale the open market. I will blog about the good and bad of my road to take my passion and turning it into a company. I have a photo shoot on the 5th of this month it will be my first shoot of the new year with some of the garment of my new collect for full figure woman.
